A LITTLE ABOUT ME

Hi! My name is Aleena and I'm a female wedding photographer based in Manchester, UK (but open for both national and international travel).

For as long as I can remember, I have always had an infatuation with taking pictures, as well as making films. In 2020 I graduated with a BA(Hons) Film Production degree and began by venture into wedding photography and videography.

I know this is soppy but I absolutely adore weddings. The whole atmosphere makes my heart so full. I love watching two people in love experience their big day and the start of the rest of their lives together.

I have a both a traditional and photojournalistic approach to weddings. During shoots, I help guide couples into poses they are comfortable with as well as capturing natural and intimate moments in between. When it comes to other aspects of the day, I love to capture heartfelt moments as they naturally unfold.

I want my clients to feel comfortable with me and be their authentic selves, as this will definitely shine through in pictures! When I'm around, I don't want you worrying about your day. I'm there to help you with an array of things (posing, sorting out the dress, making sure your hair is in place etc.) and take a whole load of stress off your shoulders.
